My mission is to provide runners of all ages, shapes, sizes, and abilities with a detailed training program that is tailored to the individual and his/her personal goals. Whether you’re a first timer who is just learning the ropes, if you’re someone who just wants to maintain a level of fitness outside of your busy life, or if you’re an avid runner who needs a little extra push to reach your full potential, I will take into account your unique situation to create the best program for you. Long-Term Personal Coaching

  • One 30 minute phone check-in per month

  • Nutrition and injury prevention tips

    • I can offer tips, advice, and recommendations but please note I am not a Registered Dietitian or Licensed Physical Therapist

  • Cross-training guidance

  • Core strength and mobility exercise suggestions

  • Custom race strategy for target races emailed to you the week of the race

Separate Services:

  • Phone Consultation

    • This is a great option for someone who is not interested in long-term coaching but wants to discuss their goals, how to periodize their training, injury prevention, running form, developing mental strength strategies, etc.

    • $60.00 for a 45 minute phone or Zoom consultation
